Dan Holland gave his life to Jesus Christ as a sixteen-year-old boy, searching for purpose and clarity in his life. He grew spiritually as a teenager in Warren, Michigan, surrounded by a wonderfully nurturing body of believers in the church where his family actively ministered.
During those years of growth and uncertainty, Dan felt the call of God in his life. He yielded to God's call, and committed to spend his life sharing with people  the good news of Jesus Christ.
Dan and his wife, Debby, graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  Before becoming a senior pastor, Dan served as a youth pastor in Florida and Georgia. At the age of 26, he assumed his first pastorate in Toledo, Ohio. God blessed the church as it grew from a handful of people, to an average of over 200 during his eight years at Faith Bible Baptist Church.
For the past fifteen years, Dan has served as senior pastor at Community. He has led the church in its transition from an aging congregation to a church that ministers creatively to every age, offering two distinctly different worship styles; small groups that are relevant to our culture and time, yet decidedly Bible-based; a thriving student ministry; and a caring staff committed to serving others in spiritual, as well as practical ways.

Kenny Kotouc and his wife Brandi came to Community in the fall of 2004.  They met while attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. After graduating, Kenny and Brandi ministered at the Valley View Baptist Church in Walnut Grove, MO, where Kenny served as youth pastor.  Kenny serves as Pastor Holland's Assistant and is involved in the daily operation of the church, and preaching from time to time when the pastor needs someone to fill-in.  Kenny plays an active role in making Community a relevant, creative place for connecting with those who are seeking a relationship with God.  Kenny is pursuing a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Louisiana Baptist Seminary, and Brandi works for the state of Florida at the Martin County Florida.  Kenny is also the administrator of our churches Christian school Community Christian Academy.

Roy Frampton serves Community as Traditional Worship Leader. He directs the worship and the choir in the traditional service, and is an accomplished pianist and vocalist.  His wife Cindy is an outstanding organist and vocalist, as well. Roy, Cindy, and their five children, Justin, Karissa, Kieran, Jaden, and Cade, often use their singing talents together, ministering to Community as a family.

Bonnie Gordon came to Community shortly after Pastor Holland arrived to serve as Senior Pastor.  She and her husband John have two adult children, Lisa and Johnny.  She is a loyal and faithful helping hand to both the pastor and the church, and continues to be a strong supporter of and contributor to the ministry team.

Keith joined the ministry team at Community in 2007 and has provided multimedia and sound technical leadership for both the traditional and contemporary services. Keith has been married thirty-nine years to Kathy and are blessed with four children and four grandchildren.
